Beneficiaries of HUP in communities in Benue State have cause to smile as they begin to receive the disbursements of cash to them. So far they have been paid two tranches of two months each:
October/November 2017 and December 2017/January 2018. Hmmm. HUP! HUP!! HUP!!! ...Beta don come.
