Household Uplifting Programme (HUP) is a component of the National Social Investment Programme targeted at the Poor and Vulnerable. It is coordinated by the National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) Abuja at the Federal level and the Benue State Cash Transfer Unit (SCTU) in Benue State.
